I am a fashion designer from Brazil and I have come to New York to improve my English skills and continuing my studies. My main goal here is being able to speak the language fluently and work in the Fashion Market.

In the Fashion world everything attracts me and I am not afraid of new challenges. Back in the University, I had a lot of experience in fashion shows productions (I have worked as a stylist, back stage manager and as a make-up artist during all this time), newspaper’s production, bands styling and also creation (one of my final projects at University).

I adore design and arts in general. It is hard to pick up just one but I would say that my favorite designers/ brands are Vivienne Westwood, Alexander McQueen, John Galliano, Balenciaga, Lanvin and Alexandre Herchcovitch.

I have large experience doing show's production but creation still is my favorite field. I believe to have skills enough to develop whatever is needed to be produced under any style, whether is the market or the consumer who will be guiding me on that task.

Always curious and eccentric, I have been started an intensely work experience running my own brand in Brazil: LANA A.r.r.a.e.s. The work was based on customized outfits which is the field that I like best and perhaps where I have been reaching my best results back to my country.

I have been in United States for 4 years already and I have got some work experience in the city. I have being doing dye ending in a cocktail's dresses production at Sara Mique, Stella McCartney's Show Room's stylist and also intern designer assistant at Mal Sirrah, as an example.

I am creative, pretty easy-going, dedicated, well organized and multitask person who appreciate respect and great attitude at most.
